How to Mix Melanotan 2 for Injection
- Remove the yellow cap from the vial of Melanotan 2 and clean the top surface with the alcohol wipe provided.
- Remove the cap from the sterile water.
- Remove the syringe from its packaging, pierce the side of the sterile-water container and withdraw 1 ml of sterile water.
- Insert the syringe into the vial of Melanotan 2 and slowly add the full amount of water.
- Gently rotate the vial in your hand to mix the solution. Do not shake.
- Store the mixed solution between 2°C and 8°C, preferably in the refrigerator.
Side note: Some people choose to mix the powder with 2 ml of sterile water instead. This produces a more diluted solution.
How to Mix Melanotan 2 Nasal Spray Kits

- Pour the remaining sterile water directly into the nasal spray bottle.
- Gently rotate the bottle again to mix the solution. You should now have 5 ml of mixed solution.
- Store the mixed solution between 2°C and 8°C, preferably in the refrigerator.
